Shipping policy

We currently ship within the United Kingdom only. 

Standard UK delivery takes 3–5 working days from the date of dispatch. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order is on its way. Please note that dispatch may take 1–2 working days after your order is placed.

- Free standard delivery on all UK orders over £50 - £3.99 flat-rate delivery on UK orders under £50

Pre-order items are dispatched as soon as they arrive in stock. If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, they will be shipped separately. You will not be charged additional postage for split shipments.

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays can occasionally occur due to high demand periods or courier issues outside of our control. If your order hasn't arrived within 7 working days of dispatch, please contact us and we'll look into it.

If your parcel arrives damaged or goes missing, please get in touch via our contact page with your order number and we'll resolve it as quickly as possible.
